How long does my order take to ship?

Grumpy Cat Designs ships orders three times a week (Mon / Wed / Fri). Orders usually arrive within 3-10 working days (unless express post option is selected at checkout).

At the time of shipping, you will receive a tracking confirmation which will detail progress with shipping.

Return Policy

Grumpy Cat Designs will offer a refund (minus any return shipping costs) if the item arrives broken or damaged. Please contact us within 3 business days of receiving package to discuss a return.
